"When booking online I was not notified that the Sky Bar was closed and the hotel was undergoing some renovations. In this case the renovations were not a problem for me. I heard no noise and would have never known had I not read it on a web site after I had already made my reservation. When checking in I was under the impression that the bus to Heathrow was free of charge. Although it was not a problem, it would have been nice to been offered a bus ticket at check-in. When boarding the bus I did not have correct change and the driver could not break my note. So I paid a bit more than the actual fare. The above are not complaints merely the only suggestions which may be of help to you in the future. Overall I thought the room and stay were by far the best I have had of my many nights in London. Thank you. Sincerely, Mark Sullivan" (97375638)

"I stayed at this hotel with my partner for a couple of nights. I can honestly say i was extremely impressed with the service and rooms in this hotel. Staff were friendly and food was also amazing. room service is not over priced, and on time. Excellent heathrow hotel, at a decent price. I stay at heathrow hotels 2-3 times a month, and will definately be staying at the Sheraton Skyline in the near future. We both enjoyed our nights there." (97986995)

Good hotel. Venue for wedding was excellent. Services was very good. Everyone including my guest had excellent time at the party.
Check-in took long time thought i had booked in advance. I had to wait 20-30mins. before i could check in as rooms were not ready. My guest had started to arrive and i was still at the check in. Was not happy at all as had to rush.

"Too many hidden charges when I paid my bill. Also the telephone charges were out of this world. One simple long-distance call of very few minutes cost a fortune. I felt that the hotel was too pricey for what I received." (97730291)
The greeters at the front door of the hotel were very gracious and kind, especially the man from the Ivory Coast. Room service was excellent. The room was very clean and welcoming.
I had requested a very quiet room, both with the on-line booking service, and again when I checked in. However, there was a very noisy Christmas party near the swimming pool, and I could not sleep. I should have been given a room across the hallyway.

Room was neat & spacious and reception was professional and open 24-hours.
Room could do with a makeover and the brackets of the hand towel towel rail are worn. The rail dislodges once the towel is removed.

Hotel was clean, nice size rooms, friendly staff excellent location to Heathrow, and amazingly quiet when the jets are openning their engines up about 300metres away.
All food was expensive even for London (Mars bar was £2.10!!) But hey it's a classy hotel and that's the way it is in these places I guess

Rooms were good quality - spacious enough for a young family of 3 persons - the quality of the bed was amazing & the most comfortable I have experienced in years.
Bathrooms were a bit outdated and could do with renewing if compared with the bedrooms.

"I have stayed in this hotel before, so I knew what to expect. However, they seem to have streamlined the check-in and check-out process even further, so that took no time. The beds are WONDERFUL at every Sheraton I've stayed at and that is a huge plus. Having just spent a few days with my mother - it felt like a tremendous luxury. And the bathroom was great too." (97697154)
The convenience to Heathrow airport. The great comfy bed and bedlinens. Felt really pampered, if only for one night. Loved the bathroom too. The staff were very prompt, efficient and pleasant.
The worst I can say is that the lift nearest me was broken - but there was another around the corner.

"I am disappointed I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience, however other than that our stay was OK." (97740640)
Very helpful staff. Hotel clean and quiet. Good facilities, such as restaurants.
We stayed for three nights, once for two and then for one as we transited to/from a cruise ship. On the first two days stay we had a serious leak in our room from the air conditioner which saturated the closet area - we were unable to use the closet however luckily nothing was damaged. Despite repeated attempts it was not fixed before we left. We were offered to change rooms but at an inappropriate time - we were heading out on a tourist trip so we simply lived with the problem for another night.

"Despite odd pool etiquette, we were extremely pleased with over all facilities and services. Value was excellent for price in London area." (97653922)
Excellent and efficient service, nice sized room w/fantastic queen beds for a family of four together in one room!, attractive pool, good dining options (3 onsite restaurants and 24 hour room service), central air conditioning, etc. After traveling throughout Europe w/children including London proper, we appreciated that it offered comfort and services comparable to most hotels in U.S. at a reasonable price. Would absolutely stay here again and will definitely recommend to others.
Lovely pool and surrounding area, though we were approached twice by staff to NOT splash even though no other guests were present in pool or surrounding area. Very strange, as it is a pool after all. Likely has more to do with design of pool and manner of which surrounding area was set up. Perhaps pool was to be used more as a visual statement than a recreational facility? Minor annoyance.
