The sofitel berlin is nice
The concergerie, they are terrible, they don't help you to find anithing because they don't know anithing about Berlin, and they send you to the worst places in berlin

"Very nice but I was a little bit supprised by how empty and dead the the hotel felt. Maybe due to the fact that there was no direct access to the bar people seems to leave the hotel to get a drink. Maybe the price is to high for younger people. During my stay I used the gym and the relaxing department several day but didn't see one single person except the hotel personal." (97859833)
Very nice welcoming and service from the reception. Especially a man between 30-35 years (do not remember his name but he surely remembered mine during the whole stay) who made an outstanding impression. I really loved the design of the gym and especially the rings.
The only thing I missed in the room was body lotion. With the new airport rules it is difficult to bring if you don't want to check in. Breakfast to expensive-you don't need a huge breakfast -a quality cup of coffee, fresh orange juice and newly baked bread is enough and for that 26 Euro is to much!
