Personale attento e molto professionale. Albergo confortevole e bene organizzato.
Per essere un albergo a 4 stelle direi che una zona benessere non guasterebbe.

"We used the hotel for a one week visit to Seville and thought it had an excellent location and represented good value for money. The quality of the rooms and cleanliness were excellent. Staff were generally attentive and it was a very enjoyable stay." (97062003)
It was in a pleasant convenient suburb, 10 mins walk from town and it was modern, clean and serviceable.
We were not able to have a double bed.

The hotel was very impressive and clean. Breakfast buffet very good with a wide selection of food served.
The room was rather cold with no heating facilities.

"Esperaba otro tipo de habitación al reservar una suite. En recepción deberían ser más amables y pedir disculpas cuando se equivocan y no pasar la pelota al cliente. El desayuno es hasta las 11,00 horas. ¿Porqué a partir de las 10,30 no había practicamente variedad (fruta, pan, embutidos...)si el precio es el mismo que el que desayuna más temprano. No obstante le doy las gracias por darme la oportunidad de expresarme y porque creo que es positivo por su parte recibir esta opinión con el fin de mejorar los servicios de su hotel." (97340898)

Ville magnifique et séjour confortable à l'hôtel. Petits déjeuners excellents et variés. Mise en valeur originale des produits locaux.
Un peu loin du centre mais comme la marche à pied ne nous rebute pas, ce n'est pas un point négatif significatif.

The main part of the room didn't have a ceiling lamp so at times the room could feel a bit dark.
