What are hotel reviews?

Our hotel reviews are unbiased comments and ratings based on a number of criteria, from the check-in process to cleanliness of hotel rooms, from guests who have previously stayed at a hotel.

How can hotel reviews help me?

• Unbiased fact: You have the assurance of factual, unbiased comments from guests who have actually stayed at the hotel.
• Confidence: Guest profiles give you the confidence to find a hotel to best suit your needs. Our profiles include: business traveller, leisure traveller, solo traveller, mature couple, young couple and family.
• Up-to-date: Within approximately one week of a guest’s stay the review will appear on the site, so you can be assured of the most recent feedback (unlike guide books which only tend to update annually).

Can I add hotel reviews?

Only if you have booked a hotel through this website, and your e-mail was provided at the point of booking.

What languages do you publish hotel reviews in?

Guests write reviews in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.

Are there any hotel reviews you don't publish?

We do not publish hotel reviews containing comments that are profanities, insults, threats, or are prejudiced. However, we do still publish the overall score the hotel has received.

Do you edit or change hotel reviews?

We do not edit, alter or adjust the hotel reviews so you are assured of unbiased opinions.
